Tegan is Turning One

I'm sure you remember this cutie from her christmas photos.

Well now she is about to turn one!  I was so excited to take some pictures of her and her wonderful parents.  The rain stayed away allowing us to get outside and get some great shots at the park!  I couldn't get enough of her and ended up with a whopping 277 pictures...wow!  What a fun age.  Just look at this beautiful girl (oh, and check out my new pink background).

I had a hard time making any of the pictures black and white since the colors outside were just amazing.  But alas, black and white never lets me down.  When you look at these pictures, you don't see the pretty outfits and you don't see the green trees.  What you see is a beautiful family!  You see the joy of having your first child.  You see the love a child has for her parents.  And that is what photography is all about - capturing these moments in time.  Because we all know it goes by way too fast.
